Equipment Hauling Services

  • Standard Equipment (up to 10,000 lbs): Starting at $250 for the first 50 miles, $3 per additional mile.
  • Medium Equipment (10,001–25,000 lbs): Starting at $500 for the first 50 miles, $4.50 per additional mile.
  • Heavy Equipment (25,001–50,000 lbs): Starting at $750 for the first 50 miles, $6 per additional mile.
  • Oversized Equipment (over 50,000 lbs): Starting at $1,200 for the first 50 miles, $8 per additional mile.

Bulk Material Hauling

  • Gravel, Sand, or Dirt (up to 15 cubic yards): $200 for the first 50 miles, $2.50 per additional mile.
  • Construction Debris: $300 for the first 50 miles, $3 per additional mile.
  • Specialty Materials (e.g., steel, lumber): $350 for the first 50 miles, $4 per additional mile.

Additional Services

  • Load Securing & Inspection: $100 per load.
  • Permits for Oversized Loads: Starting at $150 per load (subject to state requirements).
  • Escort Vehicle Services: $75 per hour, per vehicle.
  • Wait Time Charges: $50 per hour after the first hour of loading or unloading.

Discounts

  • Volume Discounts: Available for multiple loads or recurring projects—inquire for details.
  • Local Projects: Reduced rates for hauls within a 25-mile radius.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Payment methods include cash, credit cards, and approved checks.
